The purpose of this article is to show how to log out of the ‘Viva.com Terminal’ application.
Process
On the device, choose ‘More’ in the bottom right-hand corner:
Select the ‘Logout’ option:
A message will then be displayed. Click on the ‘Log out’ button to proceed (please note: after logging out, you will be redirected to the activation process, as if you were a new user):
As you are an existing user, you can select the ‘Sign in’ option to enter your credentials and proceed with the rest of the activation options:
