How to transfer funds between Viva accounts.

Steps

To transfer funds from one account to another in the viva banking app, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Viva, demo or live , and select the required account

  2. Go to Send Money > Between My Accounts Transfer between accounts

  3. Choose which accounts to debit and credit, enter the amount to transfer and optionally enter a description for the transfer Transfer between accounts

  4. Click Transfer Money and the transfer will be completed instantly and confirmed Transfer between accounts
