How to view pricing information in the viva banking app.
Steps
To check out what you’re charged for each transaction:
| Payment Method | Card Present Acquiring | Card not Present Acquiring | Webpos/Moto |

| The payment method | Rate for if a card was physically used, e.g. chip and pin in a shop | Rate for a card-not-present transaction, e.g. any payment card transaction in which the cardholder does not physically present the card in question to a merchant. e.g. Online purchase on e-commerce platform | - WebPOS is software that allows merchants to enter card details on their web-based POS system which the cardholder has provided over the phone or in writing.- MOTO (Mail Order Telephone Order) are systems that allow businesses to take and manage card transactions remotely. e.g customer provides card details over the phone/email to retailer. |
