The purpose of this article is to show how to find the NFC reader placement in the ‘viva.com | Terminal’ application without having to process a payment.
Process
Open the ‘viva.com | Terminal’ application and make sure it is on the transaction screen or the screen with the keypad:
Start moving the bank card around the back of the phone until you see a message “Please remove your card“. When this message appears on the screen it means you have the exact location of your NFC chip. You can start processing payments now:
